1. Return Policy for Customized Products

Since all customized products (including but not limited to apparel, accessories, etc.) are produced individually according to your specific requirements (such as size, fabric, pattern, design, etc.), returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless there is a quality-related issue.


2. Eligible Reasons for Returns

If you receive a customized product with any of the following issues, please contact our customer service within 7 business days​ of delivery and provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos). We will assist you accordingly:

  • Obvious quality defects (e.g., damage, seam splits, printing errors, etc.);
  • Significant discrepancy from the confirmed design or specifications;
  • Product shipped differs from the order details.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team (email: 315577410@qq.com or online chat) with your order number and evidence;
  2. We will review the case and respond within 48 hours;
  3. If the return is approved, we will provide a return address and instructions;
  4. The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused, and include the original order information;
  5. Once received and verified, we will offer a replacement, remake, or full refund​ based on your preference.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

  • Discrepancy caused by customer-provided information (e.g., size, design, artwork, etc.);
  • Subjective reasons (e.g., slight color variation, fabric feel differs from expectation, etc.);
  • Requests made after the allowed return period.

5. Refund Details

  • Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days​ after the returned product is received and verified;
  • Partial refunds are generally not available for customized products; specific arrangements will be confirmed upon mutual agreement.

6. Important Notes

  • Please carefully review all design proofs, size charts, and confirmation materials before placing your order. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled;
  • If the product is damaged during shipping, please notify us promptly with supporting evidence. We will assist with the logistics claim process.
